What's worth writing in about

• A price on the comparison table that no longer matches what the insurer charges
• A certificate requirement that's changed at a specific consulate
• A provider whose certificate no longer includes something required (repatriation wording, Schengen-wide validity, etc.)
• Broken links, typos, or anything else that doesn't work as expected

What we can't help with

We're not an insurance broker or agent, and we can't process claims, refunds, or policy changes — those all go through the insurer directly, using the contact details on your certificate. We also can't give visa advice or comment on a specific consulate's decision; that's between you and the consulate.

Response time

This is a small, independently run site, so replies aren't instant — but corrections about pricing or certificate requirements get priority since they affect what other readers see.
